Custom-Made Garments

Custom-made garments, including bespoke suits, jackets, and other tailored items created specifically for you, are made to your exact measurements and specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these items:

  • Custom-made garments are generally not eligible for return or refund once production has begun, as they are created specifically for you and cannot be resold.
  • If you are not satisfied with the fit or quality of a custom-made garment, we will work with you to make necessary alterations and adjustments at no additional charge within 30 days of completion.
  • If a custom garment cannot be satisfactorily altered to meet your expectations due to our error, we will discuss appropriate resolution options, which may include remaking the garment or providing a partial refund.
  • Deposits paid for custom orders are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, but may be transferable to other services at our discretion.

Alteration Services

For alteration services performed on garments you provide:

  • If you are not satisfied with the quality of alterations, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your altered garment.
  • We will redo the alterations at no additional charge if the work does not meet our quality standards.
  • If alterations cannot be corrected to your satisfaction, we will provide a full refund of the alteration fee.
  • Please note that we cannot be responsible for damage to garments that existed prior to our work, or for issues arising from fabric limitations or garment construction that prevent proper alteration.

Repair Services

For repair and restoration services:

  • If a repair fails within 90 days due to workmanship issues, we will redo the repair at no additional charge.
  • We cannot guarantee repairs on garments that are severely damaged or have fabric that is too fragile to hold repairs.
  • Refunds for repair services will be considered on a case-by-case basis if the repair cannot be completed satisfactorily.

Fabric and Material Issues

If you discover a defect in fabric or materials we provided for custom garments:

  • Please notify us immediately upon discovery, and before the garment is worn or cleaned.
  • We will work with you to resolve fabric defects, which may include replacing the fabric, remaking the garment, or providing appropriate compensation.
  • We cannot be responsible for defects that become apparent after the garment has been worn, cleaned, or otherwise used.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our workmanship and are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any service we provide:

  • Contact us within 30 days of service completion to discuss your concerns.
  • We will work with you to address any issues through alterations, adjustments, or other appropriate remedies.
  • Our goal is to ensure you are happy with your garment and our service.

This satisfaction guarantee applies to workmanship and service quality. It does not cover changes of mind, style preferences that differ from what was agreed upon, or issues arising from customer-provided specifications that we followed correctly.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.
  • For custom orders, refunds (if applicable) will be calculated based on work completed and materials used.
  • Deposits may be non-refundable as specified at the time of order, but we will work with you to find a fair resolution.

Timeline for Returns and Adjustments

To be eligible for adjustments, alterations, or refunds:

  • Custom garments: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your completed garment.
  • Alterations: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your altered garment.
  • Repairs: Contact us within 90 days if the repair fails due to workmanship.

After these time periods, we may still be able to help with adjustments, but standard service fees may apply.

Condition of Items

For any return, adjustment, or refund consideration:

  • Items must be in the same condition as when you received them from us.
  • Garments that have been worn, cleaned, altered by another tailor, or damaged after leaving our care may not be eligible for full refund or free adjustments.
  • We reserve the right to inspect returned items before processing any refund or adjustment.
